Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our studio in Stockholm Sweden. Every piece is carefully prepared and checked before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping with tracked delivery on all orders.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Domestic orders: usually 2â5 business days
- International orders:Â 7â14 business days, depending on location and customs.
Youâll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We can update your shipping details only if your order has not yet been processed. Please contact us immediately at [support.miira@hotmail.com] with your order number.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Weâll always do our best to help you locate it. However, Miira is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier or customs once the package has left our studio.

Do you accept returns?
Yes â but only under certain conditions. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our pieces, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging.
How do I request a return?
Email [support.miira@hotmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, weâll provide you with instructions for sending your item back.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the customerâs responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, youâll be notified via email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5â10 business days.

Can I exchange my item for another size or style?
Exchanges are available only if stock permits. Due to limited quantities, we recommend contacting us quickly if you wish to exchange an item.
Do you offer store credit?
Yes. If an item is returned and an exchange isnât possible, we can issue store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Can I return a custom or made-to-order piece?
Unfortunately, custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
